We believe prices should be straightforward and clear. On top of that, we dont charge you a cent until after your repair is done and you’re satisfied with our work.

No appointments needed. You’re welcome to bring in your repair any time we’re open. We’ll do an initial look for free and give you our best estimate based on what we can see without opening up the device. Then, we get your repair checked in and get you back on your way. Usually the whole check-in process takes about 5-10 minutes or so.
Payment is handled at pick-up so you won’t need to pay anything up front.

There are a couple of repairs that we do same-day such as cartridge battery replacements, but most of our repairs are done in the order that they come in. That means that our turn-around times will depend on how many repairs are currently in line. We encourage you to give us a call and check in with us for our current turn-around times.

As a general rule we only need the console without any cables or controllers. The only exception to that rule is if there’s anything else that needs to be tested. For instance, if your Wii U is no longer connecting to your Gamepad, bring the system and the gamepad so we can test both. If your 360 isn’t powering on and you’re not sure if it’s the system or the power adapter that’s causing it, bring in both.

We price our repairs competitively, but the cost will depend on what needs to be done. We always take an initial look for free and give you a quote based on what we think needs to be done. If we find any surprises once we open up the device, we will call you with an updated quote and give you a chance to say yes or no. If for some reason your device is not fixable or if it needs a ton of work and you’d rather not go ahead with it, we charge a $30 diagnostic fee. However, we only charge for the diagnostic if it’s the only thing we’ve done. We never add it on top of a repair cost. For a list of our common repairs and their pricing, please see below.
